We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods. Our delivery options will be displayed to you in order you’re you to select your preference before you place your order, along with any associated charges.
If you choose to pay for your order using Credit card your order must be delivered to your billing address. The goods ordered are normally delivered to the delivery address you provide by our contracted delivery service within working days after the working day following your order. The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out during the order process.
If you have applied for a credit facility with us, delivery times advertised (for example, ‘Next Day’ or ‘5-7 Working Days’) will therefore commence when we have authorisation to proceed in respect of your order from our third party credit partner. References to ‘days’ with regard to delivery dates are to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If something happens which: is outside of our control, and affects the estimated date of delivery we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods. Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. We cannot deliver the goods if we are unable to properly identify you. Please provide our driver with a form of ID (passport or photo card driving licence). Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will: let you know, cancel your order ,and give you a refund.
If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us using the contact details at the top of this page. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods. We do not make deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK.
If you have ordered more than one item, we may deliver your goods in instalments. Title in the goods will pass to you on completion of delivery. We own the goods until delivery is completed.
Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied due to your handling of them. You must return goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied, (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery; or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you have received goods, you must return them via Royal Mail recorded delivery. We will reimburse the cost of returning the goods by recorded delivery; you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
