We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods. Our delivery options will be displayed to you in order for you to select your preference before you place your order, along with any associated charges.
If you choose to pay for your order using Credit card your order must be delivered to your billing address. The goods ordered are normally delivered to the delivery address you provide by our contracted delivery service within 5-7 working days after the working day following your order. The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out during the order process.
If you have applied for a credit facility with us, delivery times advertised (for example, ‘Next Day’ or ‘5-7 Working Days’) will therefore commence when we have authorisation to proceed in respect of your order from our third party credit partner.
References to ‘days’ with regard to delivery dates are to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If something happens which is outside of our control, and affects the estimated date of delivery we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.
Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us.
We cannot deliver the goods if we are unable to properly identify you. Please provide our driver with a form of ID (passport or photo card driving licence).
The customer is in agreement otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will inform, cancel your order and give you a refund.

You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods.
We do not make deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK.
If you have ordered more than one item, we may deliver your goods in instalments.
Title in the goods will pass to you on completion of delivery. We own the goods until delivery is completed.
